Shaiya Introduction

"Shaiya Gold" is an MMORPG developed by SONOV which invested two years time and more than KRW 4 billion in the project. "Shaiya Gold" is a land where many races dwell, and as well as a big stage where the game progresses. Currently, two forces - "Alliance of Light" and "Union of Fury" hating each other are fighting unceasingly in order to take control of the land. They often fight in the forts called Keep in the wild. However, the fighting in the forts is just a prelude. The more fierce battle will be "Goddess Battle" where players fight fierecely in order to win goddess love.
 

Mixed feelings on this....

Too much resemblance with Lineage on pvp
Too much quests for pve
Not a single craft skill on beta

Sure graphs are decent, music much better than otehr games.
Players all look alike after level 2 lol - yeap... on low resolution setting, all players seem similar. Healers and Mages lok the same, warrios and defenders look the same. We all look a pathetic shade of grey color items, with a slight shade of purple and brown. BUT.... this is how it appears on low settings graphs (sorry, but my system is rather old and cant play it in any higher resolution/settigns)

For me, this is a minus... because other games, more demanding on CPU power, look very nicely in low settings (Last Chaos, DOMO, 9dragons, 2mmons, cabal, even dungeon drifters). But Shaiya Gold for some reason looks like a dull grey.

Second problem for me... no monster variery. There must be a total of 20 monsters with different names and levels and thats it.
I repeat here... its close beta... and my experience is only for the first map (i think each faction has 3 maps, plus 3 PvP zones, so for beta we have access to 9 maps)

Third: game was supposed to be 18+... so far i see no reason for this, after plaing for 3 days and reaching level 20. Have explore 100% of first map.
And i find no reason for game to be 18+ - Yet!

But since it has 18+ sign, it attracts many babys who like to pretend to be adults with silly expressions and an attitude that makes you wish you could actually slap them in real life (i know i am mean here)
