1) Party positioning

Simple:
1) Don't stay around the puller if the monsters do AoE skills(Shaiya Gold). Especially for casters, your spell is easily interrupted.
2) Don't rest at the spawning place of monsters. You just cleared the room, but unless you are sure that the spawning is already done before you start clearing it, just don't rest there. There's plenty other places to rest.

2) Party leader
