Are you confused which weapon to use when you are fight with others in Shaiya ? Ok , read the following guide for weapon , you may get a way out !

Note : The following weapons are sorted by area

1. NM : 1H sword/shield. You will use both your AoEs and are the fastest weapon at your disposal. 1H swords will deal a little less damage than 1H blunt weapons, but will be a lot cheaper . Take a blunt weapon instead if you find they're easy to get though.

2. HM/UM solo AoE grinder : 2H sword. You will use all of the big 5 AoEs, plus the L45 epic is a 2H, and one you must use until like 53+ unless you're loaded. If you've taken your NM to L45, you'll have a second/third epic 45 as well, making it supremely awesome for a fighter on a budget.

3. Level 1-15 or Level 20-30 PvP : 1H blunt wpn/shield. Again, at this level you can use every skill you want to here, as well as having another lapis slot which you will absolutely

4. Level 1-60 PvP : Duals. You will want enhanced wind spin. Its the most damaging normal attack you have. And the speed of the duals means that you can whack away at your hearts content ad infinitum. Some people may prefer a 1H heavy and shield still. 4-5 slots is a lot to give up for enhanced wind spin. For players on a budget though, the epic 2H is still a nice weapon in that its elemental, but its too slow for serious players.

5. Level 50+ : Spears. Spears are as fast as 2H weapons and they can still do 5 AoE attacks meaning they're great for grinding with. They aren't quite as fast as duals, and will do a little less damage than them in boss fights though.
